From our Beaverton and Bellevue offices, MASI today serves more than 150 clients with a wide range of skills and services all focused on making and keeping their business processes running smoothly and efficiently and their companies profitable.
At MASI, we build and maintain long-term relationships. We understand that our work does not end when the sale is made, but begins when the system is delivered and continues throughout the life of the client relationship. The long-term view toward the relationship enables MASI to meet a customer's changing needs, providing software and system support that increases in value to the client organization over time.
We have a philosophy of custom-fitting software to our client's needs, maximizing operating efficiency and profitability for our clients. We only sell software that can be customized. With both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AddonSoftware, we (and the client, at their option) have complete source code availability, preventing the development of inefficient "islands" of information so common in most companies.
Since systems and software are never "finished" but must continue to evolve with the changes in the client organization, ongoing support is our most important business and is always our focus. Technologies constantly change, client requirements constantly change, and our systems must be flexible to meet new client demands.
