Software Implementation & Support Analyst Needed
The tasks the person in this position will perform include telephone support to our Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV (formerly Navision) clients, help with planning and tracking our implementation projects, and participate in client training and implementation support, especially in the clients’ accounting functions.
Candidate must have experience with at least one business accounting/ERP package (such as Navision, Great Plains, Macola, MAS-90, ACCPAC, AddonSoftware or some other package) in a role of project management, implementation, development, or providing customer support. Obviously, Navision experience would be perfect, but a depth of experience in some package is necessary for this position.
We strongly prefer a candidate with an accounting background, either through education or on-the-job training as a bookkeeper or accountant. Other applicable experience, such as experience in an accounting or IT role in a retail environment, would enhance the candidate’s chances. Project Management skills are a necessity.
Required personal attributes include an enjoyment of working with others, clear communication ability, both written and spoken, and organization skills. The candidate could work in either of our offices, but the preferred location is Bellevue, Washington.
